PILOT TERMS · founder-led setup

Pricing for the first honest workflow.

kontoros is not being sold as a finished lead-to-paid autopilot yet. The first offer is a focused pilot: one service business, one proposal-to-payment workflow, with human approval built in.

Setup plus support. Stripe checkout ready.

The first commercial offer is the pilot itself: setup plus monthly support/software for one narrow workflow.

What is core now, and what waits.

These are readiness notes for the pilot, not a shopping cart of finished agents.

Pilot-ready as reviewed drafts

Lead Response

Use one intake path first, preferably manual import or an embedded form.

Pilot core

Proposals

The primary workflow: discovery notes to structured, editable proposal.

Pilot core

CRM

Client timeline and stored context for the rest of the workflow.

Pilot core as drafts

Invoicing

Invoice/payment requests are drafted from approved pricing and reviewed before sending.

Pilot core

Reports

Weekly operations summaries should come from stored data, not canned demo metrics.

Optional / conservative

Contracts

Only reviewed document assembly from your own clauses. No legal advice.

Scheduling

Kickoffs, follow-ups, and calendar feeds stay visible because future call/receptionist events should land here.

Before a paid pilot, be clear.

Why is pricing a pilot instead of normal SaaS tiers? +
The product has a lot built, but the launch target is a credible first paid pilot. A founder-led setup is more honest than selling a finished self-serve automation suite before the workflow is proven with real users.
Can I still use only one module? +
Yes, but the first commercial offer is scoped around the workflow, not isolated feature shopping. The pilot can emphasize proposals, CRM, invoices, or lead response depending on where your bottleneck is.
What about contracts? +
Contracts are excluded from the default Pilot V0 unless explicitly agreed. If included, kontoros assembles project-specific sections and reproduces your own reviewed legal clauses. It does not generate legal advice or replace counsel.
Will anything send automatically? +
No for the pilot. Proposals, lead replies, invoice follow-ups, and contract-like documents are approval-first until reliability and fit are proven.
